Its strange and No one really understand why but every time it rain in Baton Rogue it floods. The longer it rains the more it floods. This has never ever been a concern before. Now I find myself grabbing emergency sacks and getting the kids dressed every time it rains . I can see the ditches began to fill up with water. Why is this a sudden problem ? What went wrong ?
